CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a reservation is cancelled:
21 or more days prior to the arrival date, the visitor – client is not charged.
15 to 20 days prior to the arrival date, the visitor – client is charged with the value of 1 overnight stay.
7 or 14 days prior to the arrival date, the visitor – client is charged with 50 % of the total value of the stay.
6 days or less prior to the arrival date, the visitor – client is charged with 100 % of the value of the stay.
In case of no-show or early departure, the visitor – client is charged with 100 % of the value of the stay.
